1. Data we collect
The website currently collects personal data only when you choose to provide it, notably your email address when subscribing to Cầu Nối Trade Intelligence or when contacting us by email.
Technical service providers may also process limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request metadata or server logs.
2. Why we use it
- To manage your newsletter subscription.
- To send Cầu Nối Trade Intelligence and related Cầu Nối communications you have requested.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and its supporting infrastructure.
3. Legal basis
Newsletter communications are based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting partners@caunoi.eu.
Where technical data is processed to operate and secure the website, processing may also rely on legitimate interests or another applicable legal basis depending on the circumstances.
4. Service providers
Cầu Nối currently relies on service providers including:
- Infomaniak for web hosting.
- Cloudflare for serverless/edge infrastructure used by the Trade Intelligence and newsletter integration.
- Brevo for contact-list and email-management services.
These providers may process data on our behalf under their applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements.
5. Retention
Newsletter subscription data is retained while your subscription remains active. Consent does not expire after a fixed period under the GDPR, but its validity should be kept under review and refreshed at appropriate intervals where necessary, in particular if the purposes or conditions of the processing materially change. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us. Limited data may be retained afterwards where necessary to record an opt-out, demonstrate compliance, ensure security or meet legal obligations. Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business or legal purpose.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, every individual may exercise their data-protection rights, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise a privacy right, contact partners@caunoi.eu.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority competent for your situation.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The current Cầu Nối website is not intentionally configured with advertising pixels or behavioural marketing trackers. If non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated where required.
8. International processing
Because Cầu Nối uses third-party technology providers, personal data may be processed in countries other than the country from which you access the site. Where required, appropriate safeguards should apply under the service provider's contractual framework.
